ADANI GROUP ANNOUNCES THE LAUNCH OF A WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY IN SINGAPORE

As per recent news, Adani Power has announced that it has successfully incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore. The subsidiary is Adani Power Global PTE, and it was incorporated on 14 June 2024. The company has an authorised capital of 1000 Singapore dollars. The incorporation was mainly done to invest in different growing sectors of Singapore, including infrastructure, power, and related fields. It will help the Adani Group in earning excellent revenue for itself. The firm will also be able to get back to its original position after the Adani CBI Investigation.
